Payment of Fees
Payments made by cash, cheque, e-transfer or credit card. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking and the balance paid two weeks prior to your event.
Event Cancellation/Date Change
Event Cancellation/Date Change: Fourteen days notice is required for event cancellation. A cancellation charge of 25% net value of package will apply and remainder of fees/deposit paid will be refunded. In the case of short (less than 14 days) cancellation time, the 50% deposit is non-refundable.
In the case of a date change, seven days notice is required to apply deposit/fees to the new date. In the case of short (less than 7 days) notice, a change fee of $25% net value of package will apply.

Come Prepared for the Weather and terrain
The weather can change throughout the day – come prepared!
Equine activities happen outdoors, so be prepared for daily fluctuations in temperature, sun or light rain in the summer and possible cool breezes in the spring and fall. Check the list below for tips. We will usually confirm the weather forecast with you before your event to help you optimize your experience.
Photo Gallery: We will create an online photo gallery of your experience on our webpage by request, or provide digital photos on a thumb drive. If you would like this option, we will provide a quote.
