What should I prepare for the workshop?
Visit Checklist:
– Sturdy shoes or boots
– Clothing Layers (vest, sweater, jacket)
– Hat
– Sunglasses
– Camera
– Water bottle
– Sunscreen
– Fly Repellent
– Rain-gear if needed
The weather can change throughout the day – come prepared!
Come Prepared for the Weather and Terrain Equine activities that happen outdoors, so be prepared for daily fluctuations in temperature, sun or light rain in the summer and possible cool breezes in the spring and fall.
We will confirm the weather forecast with you before your event to help you optimize your experience.
Payment of Fees
Payments are made by cash, cheque, and e-transfer. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking and the balance is paid two weeks prior to your event.
Deposits are non-refundable but can be applied when rescheduled.
Event Cancellation/Date Change:
We reserve the right to cancel due to weather conditions or unforeseen elements. Deposits will be applied to the rescheduled event.
A minimum of 14 days notice is required for cancellation.
